What documents are required to hire a car?
A driving licence valid for at least 3 years, an identity document/passport and a credit card from one of the major networks (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as security. Minimum age of the driver: 25 years.
Is it possible to arrange for delivery to a hotel or private residence?
Certainly. Our Concierge Delivery service delivers and collects the car from any address you specify: hotels, private residences, offices or general aviation terminals (FBOs).
Is winter equipment included in the service?
Between 15 November and 15 April, all our Mercedes V-Class vehicles are fitted with premium winter tyres as standard.
