Rental Service with Driver

Confirmation and payment of service

Advance payment is required to confirm the service: you will be sent a Nexi link through which you can pay by credit card. Payment is also required to reserve the vehicle you requested; without payment, it will not be possible for us to reserve and lock the vehicle.

Services and extra charges

In the event of extra services or charges occurring during the service (e.g., an unbudgeted stop or passenger delays/expectations), the extra amount will be taken directly from us, using the credit card used to make payment for the service.
By making payment for the service through Nexi, the Customer expressly consents to the storage of his or her credit/debit card information for charging any extra services requested and used. The Client will be informed in advance, through the same channels through which he/she made the reservation (via e-mail or whatsapp) of the amount and nature of each extra charge
Card data are processed in accordance with the privacy regulations (EU Regulation 2016/679 – GDPR).

Cancellation policies

In case of service cancellation between 96 hours and 48 hours, there will be a penalty of 50% of the service price.
In case of cancellation of the service within 48 hours from the start of the service, there will be a penalty equal to 100% of the service price.

If you request a quote, we will be happy to offer you our best quotation for the requested rental.
For of services requested within 24 hours of their actual commencement, submission of a quotation does not necessarily imply actual availability to perform the service. Availability will be verified and communicated once the service is confirmed.

Deposit and Extra Charges

A security deposit taken by pre-authorization is required for each rental. A link will be sent to the customer through which a pre-authorization will be made in the amount specified in the quote. This deposit is used to charge any extra costs of the rental: missing fuel when returning the vehicle, extra miles driven, and any damages. The amount of the deposit is the maximum insurance amount required for that vehicle; it will not be possible for Transervice Limousine to charge extras above that amount (excluding fines). The deposit will then be returned between 24/48 business hours after the end of the rental (times may vary depending on the bank used by the customer)
By making payment for the service through Nexi, the Client expressly consents to the storage of his or her credit/debit card information for charging any fines that may be notified even months after the end of the rental. In case of a fine, the latter will be handled by our office, and the Customer will be charged an amount equal to the amount of the fine + EURO 50.00 for the handling of the same fine. The Client will be informed in advance, through the same channels through which he/she made the reservation (via e-mail or whatsapp) of the amount and nature of each extra charge

Cancellation policies

From reservation date up to 30 days before rental, 30% penalty (balance to be paid upon confirmation).
From 30 days up to 15 days, 50% penalty.
From 14 days to 7 days, 75% penalty.
From 6 days to the day of rental, 100% penalty.
The total balance of the rental will be due within 30 days of the start of the rental. In case of cancellation, the cancellation policies above will be applied; the remainder will be refunded.
